RunKEEPER Utility IconS

A consistent set of line icons for different ideas and actions in the Runkeeper app.  The design is inspired by the "shoe lace" concept as part of the new Runkeeper branding; certain icons are left open to give the unique appearance of string while maintaining form and legibility.
